Gary formed Cornerstone Estates Realty, Inc. because he saw a need for a professional and personalized real estate service in central Florida. Gary is also a Certified Public Accountant and has owned and operated his accounting practice for the past 25 years and he is a Licensed Mortgage Broker for the state of Florida.
 Kimbo Carusone, Realtor
Kimbo has become an expert in residential housing through a variety of experiences and a number of years. She was an assistant to her husband who owned and operated Northern Homes Incorporated, a northeastern company that designed and built over 40,000 new custom homes. This experience was followed by a record setting term as sales manager for a large housing community in Central Florida.
Seven years ago Kimbo made the decision to become an independent realtor, specializing in new home construction, acting as the agent for the buyer. Kimbo recognize the need for a knowledgeable agent who could direct the buyer through every phase of the purchase, before, during and most critically, after the sale. Kimbo’s philosophy is that no sale is complete until the buyer becomes both her friend and trusted confidant.
